The NHS in Somerset and Dorset is introducing improved stroke services designed to ensure patients can access specialist emergency hyper acute stroke care more quickly, 24/7.

Welcome to the official Mudford Parish Council website where you will find information about the parish council and its councillors, meetings and links to groups and businesses in the village.
Mudford Parish Council is responsible for managing and maintaining key community facilities. The parish is served by seven councillors and one part-time clerk. Councillors play a vital role in representing the interests of residents, making decisions on local services, and ensuring the well-being of the community. The council meets monthly, usually on the last Thursday of each month at 7 pm, except in December. The agreed meeting dates for 2026–2027 are: 25th June 2026 30th July 2026 27th August 2026 22nd, 24th and 29th September 2026 29th October 2026 26th November 2026 No meeting in December 14th January 2027 25th February 2027 25th March 2027 29th April 2027 27th May 2027 – Annual Parish Council Meeting. Members of the Public and Press are invited to attend all Council Meetings.

Mudford Community Plan 2026-2031 Adopted
Mudford Parish Council is pleased to publish the Mudford Community Plan 2026-2031, which was formally adopted by the Council on 29th September 2026. The plan has been developed following the Community Assembly held in March 2026 and the Community Survey undertaken during June and July 2026.

Parish Council Meeting – Tuesday 22nd September 2026 at 7.00 p.m.
The meeting will include a presentation of the results of the Community Survey carried out during June and July 2026, followed by discussion of the draft Community Plan, which has been prepared using feedback received from residents.
